Every master plan prepared by T&B Planning is creative, functional, attractive, and buildable. Commercial/Retail

Commercial developments are essential to the economy and communities. We advise clients during pre-acquisition, entitlement, development, leasing, and exit strategy for commercial retail developments, ranging from single use sites to downtowns, to lifestyle and auto-oriented complexes. We excel at seeing the big picture and foreseeing and solving typical challenges encountered in the entitlement and development process for commercial retail projects.

Civic and Community Use

Civic and community uses are integral parts of well-balanced communities. Many of T&B Planning’s projects include school sites, parks, trails, community centers, governmental service buildings, open spaces, and other public and quasi-public uses. We also serve as the lead CEQA compliance consultant to several institutions of higher learning.

Energy

Our staff of entitlement and environmental compliance specialists assist government agencies and private project applicants in securing the approvals needed for solar, wind, and natural gas energy projects. Energy production, use, and the responsible use of fossil fuels is a trending topic around the globe in the movement toward clean energy.

Mining/Reclamation

T&B Planning prepares entitlement strategy and California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) compliance documents for surface mining permits, reclamation plans, and the development of reclaimed lands. We are highly successful working with our mining clients and government lead agencies to permit the extraction of needed resources and reclaim lands to their highest and best use.
